EGYM Wellpass Support
Overview
EGYM Wellpass is a corporate fitness network that "supports companies in planning and implementing holistic corporate health management." The platform provides members access to over 8,000 fitness facilities across Germany and Austria, plus digital offerings including 4,000+ online courses and guided meditations. Over 240,500 employees from 7,500+ companies use the service.

Setup Requirements
Box Configuration:
- Add Wellpass settings via the ThirdPartyIntegrations page
- Input Wellpass Gym API Key
User Configuration:
- Add Wellpass settings in UserDetails page
- Set WellpassUserId for each user
- Users and owners can delete WellpassUserId settings as needed
Check-In Process
The system validates Wellpass users by:
- Confirming Wellpass is enabled for the facility
- Retrieving the user's Wellpass account ID
- Calling the WellPass Admission API
- Allowing check-in only upon successful validation (HTTP 200 status)
Account Management
Users can add Wellpass details during signup or drop-in registration by providing a Verification TAN number. Owners can also manage Wellpass accounts for users. The system prompts removal of outdated membership IDs when contract end dates have passed.
