Product Catalogue & Sales

Overview

Box Planner's system now includes product and inventory management capabilities designed for retail and member sales operations.

Key Features

Product Management

The platform enables creation of products with variants and customizable options. For instance, users can establish a "T-Shirt" product with size variants (S, M, L) and color options (red, blue), automatically generating all combinations. Each variant supports independent pricing and inventory tracking. Owners manage product setup while trainers access the catalogue to process member transactions.

QR Code Sales System

"Every product variant can be sold using a QR code which is generated by the system." Members can scan codes via smartphone camera, either logging in through the website or using mobile apps. One practical application involves placing QR codes on refrigerators, enabling direct member purchases that automatically create contract payments.

Direct Cash Sales

Beyond QR codes, the system tracks cash payments for members and guests. Users can select "Sell" to create immediate payments or assign products to specific members. Custom pricing and descriptions can be applied on-the-fly, with generated QR codes for flexible transaction tracking.

Payment Processing

When members confirm purchases, contract payments generate automatically with product descriptions, and owners receive system notifications. Standard SEPA processes allow consolidated withdrawal of sales and membership payments.

Inventory Management

Low Stock Features:

  • Owner notifications for inventory below set limits
  • Daily notification summaries
  • Purchase-triggered alerts
  • Configurable threshold settings

Import Functionality

Users can download Excel templates, populate product details, and upload files for bulk catalogue imports.

Member Value Tracking

Sales data integration provides comprehensive revenue calculations and member valuation insights.
