Wellhub Support

Overview

This integration feature for Box Planner enables fitness facilities to accept Wellhub members and streamline check-in processes.

The integration offers three primary advantages for gym operators:

• Simplified attendance tracking for Wellhub members, "reducing the burden on your team"
• Enhanced member experience through streamlined facility access
• Additional revenue opportunities by accepting Wellhub memberships

Configuration Setup

Box-Level Settings

Administrators configure integration through ThirdPartyIntegrations:

• Input Wellhub Gym Box ID
• Enable Booking and Access API

User-Level Settings

Individual users add their Wellhub credentials via UserDetails:

• Set personal WellhubUserId

Check-In Validation Process

When members attempt class check-in, the system:

1. Verifies Access API is enabled
2. Retrieves stored Gym Box ID and User ID
3. Calls Wellhub validation API
4. Grants access on successful validation (HTTP 200)

Webhook Integration

Wellhub notifies the platform when members check in elsewhere:

• Validates webhook security keys
• Creates new drop-in users if needed
• Sends notifications to owners and members
• Optionally auto-marks attendance if configured

User Account Features

Members can add Wellhub credentials during:

• Initial signup process
• Drop-in registration
