Box Planner announced changes to their subscription model to support "continuous development and support of the platform." The company introduced tiered pricing based on gym membership size.

Key Changes

The platform shifted from unlimited free access to a subscription requirement for gyms with more than 10 members. According to the announcement, "prices start as low as 10€ per month" depending on membership count.

The Basic Version requires a subscription through Box Settings. The Premium Subscription (available as an add-on) was reduced to "just 0,20€ per member" for facilities exceeding 200 members.

Implementation

Gyms and boxes declining to subscribe would face consequences: "will be disabled shortly." Users were directed to their Box Settings to calculate exact payment amounts.

The company framed this transition as necessary to maintain platform viability and continued service improvements.
