CrossFit Affiliate Programming is provided by CrossFit.Com and we are offering a Module which allows You to use Your CrossFit Credentials to access the CAP Programming and import the workouts into Your Box workouts.

Correct Exercise Mapping and Tracking

The workouts are made available with mapping to Boxplanner Exercises so that You can easily use all available tools such as Exercise PRs and the Prepare function for Exercise Details
Tracking is enabled for Exercises and Workouts so that it is easy for Your members to directly track their scores in the workouts.
If necessary due to other movements, additional workouts are provided for Intermediate and Beginner level.

With the correct exercises your members are able to use the prepare function to

• check existing PRs and percentages
• watch exercise videos
• check out workout history

Benchmarks

Benchmark Workouts are mapped to the existing Boxplanner Workouts so you can easily compare previous results.

Workout Tracking and Leaderboard

With correct workout setup it is even easier for your members to track workouts.
If users start tracking their results they will even more be happy to use the leaderboard functions to comment other peoples scores and give virtual high fives!

Coaches Access and Coaches Notes

All Coaches have access to the workouts and the class plans, so you are not limited to CrossFit L1 holders.
The daily class plans, include warm-ups, scaling, logistics and timelines to help you and your coaches facilitate the Workout of the Day.
And all of this directly within the Web and Mobile apps so that You and Your coaches are have seamless access. No switching applications.

Specialty Programming

CAP offers additional programming for Compete and Work Your Weakness. These can as well be accessed and imported.

Access Check

Your CrossFit Credentials are used to verify that You are having access to the CAP Website to retrieve the workouts.

3. Fill in CrossFit Credentials in Box Settings page
4. Wait for confirmation from us.
