Related Users
Overview
"Related users are dependents which can be used for Registration, Payments, SEPA"
This feature allows you to link dependent accounts to your primary Box Planner account for streamlined management across multiple functions.
Key Features
- Register dependent accounts to classes or schedules
- SEPA payment processing: Your payment details serve as the default if the dependent hasn't added their own
- Parent accounts cannot access a dependent's SEPA information
Setup Requirements
A box management premium subscription is necessary to utilize this functionality.
Adding Related Users
Two methods are available:
Existing Users: Search for and add current platform users as related accounts by name
New Users: Create a fresh user account and designate it as a related user simultaneously
