The company fitness network EGYM Wellpass supports companies in planning and implementing holistic corporate health management. In addition, EGYM Wellpass offers companies and their employees access to over 8,000 high-quality sports and fitness facilities throughout Germany and Austria with just one membership, including premium fitness studios, swimming and leisure pools, yoga studios as well as climbing and bouldering halls. In addition, EGYM Wellpass offers its members a digital sports offering of over 4,000 online and live courses as well as guided meditations. Over 240,500 employees from over 7,500 companies already train whenever, wherever and as often as they want. EGYM Wellpass was founded in 2010 under the name qualitrain and has been part of the Munich sports-tech company EGYM since 2017. In October 2022, qualitrain became EGYM Wellpass.

Set up interface

• Add Wellpass settings for box in ThirdPartyIntegrations page.
• Set Wellpass Gym API Key for box.

• Add Wellpass settings for user in UserDetails page.
• Set WellpassUserId for user.
• User and Owner can delete WellpassUserId setting with Wellpass account from user details page.

Wellpass CheckIn

• If a WellPass user tries to check in for class, we will validate the WellPass user.
• First, we are checking if WellPass is enabled for the box or not.
• Then get the Wellpass account ID from the user settings.
• Call the WellPass Admission API to inform WellPass about user checkin.
• If we get success (status code 200), then the user can check in for class; otherwise, we will show an error.

Wellpass user account

• The user can create or update a Wellpass account.
• Owners can create or update WellPass accounts for users.
• User can add details of WellPass on signup / drop-in.
• User can add Verification TAN number at the time of signup.

• User can add Verification TAN number at the time of drop-in.

• If user add Verification TAN then New WellPass account will create and WellPass user id will save in user setting
• The user detail page has an edit icon, which redirects the user to the edit Wellpass user account page.

• When the Wellpass membership contract enddate is set, which is older than today, BP will ask to remove the WellpassUserId setting.
